With a foundation in high-pressure operations and people leadership, I’ve seen firsthand how the complexity of organizational change can stall even the most brilliant strategies. I founded Tight Pivot Strategies because I believe that as an organization evolves, its leadership and culture must stay in lockstep. By integrating Co-Active (CTI) leadership principles with Relationship Systems Coaching (CRR Global), I help leaders and teams move beyond mere coordination to true unification. Whether I’m partnering with a founder, a director, or a seasoned executive, we identify the invisible friction points—silos, communication gaps, and misaligned goals—and turn them into strategic catalysts.
